The perfect place for a shopping spree is along Vejle’s 900-metre pedestrian street that features a wide range of boutiques and cafés. Even the smaller towns of the region, such as Børkop, Egtved, Give and Jelling, offer prime shopping experiences.

 Vejle’s quaint pedestrian street and its many side streets offer a wide selection of speciality boutiques door-to-door with high street brand stores and supermarkets. Vejle offers no less than two unique downtown shopping centres at either end of the pedestrian street – mary's shopping centre and the Bryggen shopping centre – the latter of which features around 80 boutiques and rooftop parking for 700 cars. To the north of Vejle, by the Vejle Nord motorway exit, you find the Bilka hypermarket, DIY centres, furniture stores, carpet stores, gardening and kitchen centres. General shopping hours in Vejle: Monday-Thursday 10:00 – 17:30 Friday: 10:00 – 19:00 Saturday: 9:30 – 14:00 Department stores, supermarkets, shopping centres and some individual speciality boutiques have longer opening hours. |
