Tour de Land Art in Vejle and the area

Besides being one of the world's most famous bike races, Tour de France is also linked to land art along the route. Here you'll find creatively decorated spaces and items in the city and countryside.

Before the third stage of Tour de France 2022 rolled through Vejle and the area, citizens, businesses, associations and the municipality worked together to decorate the area in the most creative and beautiful ways. The cooperation turned into a giant yellow sweater knitted by the citizens of Vejle, which was hung between two cranes close to where the race started. A house in Skibet was painted yellow in order to honor Chris Anker, and a banner was hung in Gravens/Ågård by the help of four Ferguson tractors. These were only some of the many yellow projects.

Some of these many decorations can still be seen in the area. This is a guide to the Tour de Land Art in Vejle and the area.
