The old grocer's shop, Bindeballe Købmandsgård, is today a combined merchant museum and general grocery store. Both inside and outside, the signs, exhibits and fixtures remind us of its history.

BLAS is a small Irish/Danish family-run artisanal brewery. We are located in a converted cooperative creamery 10 km from Billund, right by the Ancient Road/Hærvejen where the hills of the river valley of Vejle Ådal meet the open heathland. We are inspired by the meeting between city and country life and the wide, wonderful world with its different peoples and cultures.

A visit to the Fary Lochan Distillery offers insight into the production and daily operations of a genuine Danish whiskey distillery. Join the tour of the distillery and the production, which concludes with a tasting of selected products in the small boutique.

Jelling Bryggeri is one of the country's smallest breweries with a capacity of approx. 25,000 liters per year. The beer is brewed in Byens Cafe, which you will find in Byens Hus.

Jelling Bryghus exclusively brews hand-crafted beer of the highest quality, both in regards to taste and appearance. Jelling's rich history and nature provide inspiration for the label names as well as the ingredients that give the beer its strong taste and visual character.

SEJD Café & Boutique is a Viking-inspired café and boutique in the heart of Jelling that enjoys unique views of the monument area. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity as well as extraordinary drinks and food experiences prepared with passion and with an emphasis on fine ingredients.
