See the city’s highlights with our city walks

Join a self-guided city walk with our very own walking tour. The first guide takes you through the pedestrian streets past old buildings, museums and must-see spots in just under two hours.

Would you like to see even more? Extend your walk with the city tour around the harbour and fjord, passing famous architecture such as The Wave and Fjordenhus. You’ll also get close to the waterfront at Vejle Fjord.

In and around Give, you’ll find the country’s largest outdoor gallery, GIVSKUD ZOO, Museum Give and incredible nature around the Hærvejen route and the source of the Gudenå River. You’ll also find a local whisky distillery, an outdoor swimming pool, scenic cycling routes and accommodation in the beautiful surroundings.

Guide to Jelling

A trip to Jelling is not to be missed! Here you’ll find UNESCO World Heritage at the ancient Jelling Monuments. Extend your visit to the remarkable monument area with a trip to the Kongernes Jelling museum. In and around the town, you’ll also find flea markets, breweries, an outdoor swimming pool and opportunities for boat trips. Naturally, the area is also full of cycling and hiking routes and beautiful nature.

Guide to Egtved

Around the small town of Egtved, you’ll discover magnificent river valley landscapes, Bronze Age history at the Egtved Girl’s Grave, a landscape sculpture and a historic merchant’s shop that still feels like stepping back in time.
