Bryggen
At the end of Vejle’s charming pedestrian street, you’ll find the shopping centre Bryggen. Bryggen attracts both locals and tourists with a wide range of shops, cosy cafés and a Kvickly supermarket. Explore the two floors featuring fashion for everyone, toys, home décor, personal care products and much more. Throughout the year, various events and activities take place, which you can be part of.

Bølgen - the Wave
One of Vejle’s beautiful landmarks is the exclusive residential building, Bølgen, which has won international awards. The five waves each have nine floors with apartments offering a fantastic view over Vejle Fjord.

De Fem Søstre
Vejle’s distinctive residential building, nearly 40 meters high, the Five Sisters, can be experienced in western Vejle close to the city centre’s pedestrian street and the nature of the river valley.

Fjordenhus
Fjordenhus is Vejle’s iconic building by the city’s waterfront. There is public access during daytime hours to Olafur Eliasson’s artworks on the ground floor.

Spinderihallerne
Spinderihallerne (The Spinning Mills) is one of the best preserved examples of Vejle's industrial heritage. Today the mills house a local heritage museum, café and facilities for business and start-ups.

The bridge over the river valley of Grejsdalen
In the summer of 2023, a new combined hiking and cycling bridge in Vejle was inaugurated that crosses the river of Grejs Å and the Vejle-Struer railway line. Spanning 130 metres and reaching a maximum height of 5.5 meters, the bridge winds over Denmark’s deepest gorge and through the treetops of Sankt Grundet Skov.

Tróndur
The Tróndur parking garage is centrally located in the city of Vejle and is known for its large stained glass artwork. The artist behind it is the renowned Faroese glass artist Tróndur Patursson. In the evening, beautiful colours light up the stair tower.

Vejle Music Theatre
Vejle Music Theatre is located centrally in the city, with Hotel The Note and Byparken as neighbors. The theatre is the largest cultural actor in the Triangle Region, and its Main Hall is built like a classic West End theatre, bringing you up close to the grand experiences.

Vejle Fjord Bridge
Experience the magnificent bridge, the Vejlefjord Bridge, up close at Vejle Fjord near Vejle Marina and Nørreskoven. The bridge is from 1980 and is Denmark’s sixth longest bridge.
